- The silver package includes independent legal advice. Independent legal advice is helpful as it prevents the person receiving it from claiming later on that they did not understand what the cohabitation agreement said, what their legal rights were, or that they were pressured into signing the agreement.
- The gold package is suitable for people with very complex financial situations or where there are major issues that need to be negotiated by the couple. If you and your fiance(e) agree on most things, the silver package is more appropriate.
